All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment carried out by a qualified prescriber. Completing a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and may constitute a criminal offence. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated by the prescriber and cannot be transferred to another pharmacy without prior arrangement. We comply fully with GPhC standards and all applicable UK medicines legislation.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be taken upon submission of your order. If your consultation results in the prescriber declining to issue a prescription, a refund of the medication cost will be processed. Any consultation fee, where applicable, is non-refundable as it covers the clinical review of your information.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details.
Once your order has been clinically approved and a prescription issued by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to the address provided at the time of ordering.
We are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses, or events outside our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive your order or that a safe delivery location is nominated.
Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided with your order.
You may cancel your order prior to clinical approval by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or process refunds, in accordance with UK regulations on the supply of prescription medicines.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate following investigation.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
